"'tis a bell for calling forth spirits. From ash unreturned to the Erdtree, you may summon them with it. The spirits will obey thine command but briefly, as they recall battles past. Now it is thine. To do with as thou wishest."
Anastasia may even choose to never use it at all. She may choose the sword alone. But that is her choice; Ranni hardly has a stake in the matter.
With another hand, she proffers forth a small bag that fits in her palm, plain cloth tied by ribbon. "These are the ashes of the Lone Wolves. They are mighty hunters indeed, and eager to make a pack of any they respect."
